Not right? We’ll make it right. Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take it from there.
What a refund includes
A refund returns what you actually paid — the item, its tax, and its share of any shipping. If only part of an order comes back, we refund exactly that part, item by item, and your receipt page shows the math.
Physical and digital items
Tell us within 30 days of delivery if a physical item needs to come back or arrived wrong. Digital items that have already been delivered cannot be returned; if access or delivery is wrong, contact us so we can review the order.
How to start one
Contact us with your order number — it’s on the receipt page from your confirmation link. Explain which item is affected and what went wrong. We will review the order and the delivery details with you. You can email shipping@applecatzebra.com or call (844) 741-1218.
