How AppleCatZebra uses information for shopping, accounts, and referrals.
Information used by the mall
We use the contact and delivery details you provide, account and sign-in records, and your bag, referral, order, and support records. If you customize a product, we also use the design files and preview images needed to save and make it. Payment tokens and transaction results support checkout and your order history. Technical information such as browser data, IP address, and site events helps us operate and secure the mall.
Payments and affiliate details
Card details are entered in the payment processor’s card interface. The mall uses a payment token and transaction information to complete an order. Shopping does not require a Social Security number or bank account. Affiliate payout destinations and withdrawal requests are separate member features.
Who can see order information
Your receipt link can provide access to order details, so keep it private. A signed-in shopper can view orders linked to their account. Authorized staff and makers see the information they need to support or fulfill an order, including relevant delivery details and custom designs. Referral and team views can show affiliates order information used to explain program volume and commissions; they do not show your payment details.
Service providers and sharing
Payment, shipping, hosting, communications, and fulfillment providers receive the information needed to do their work. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to investigate fraud or protect the service. Links to other sites may have their own privacy practices.
Cookies and site activity
Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, your bag, referrals, and saved designs. Disabling them can interrupt these features. When site analytics is configured, page and interaction events help us understand use and errors.
Security, retention, and requests
We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect information, but no internet service can promise perfect security. We keep records as needed to operate accounts, fulfill orders, handle refunds and disputes, and meet recordkeeping obligations.
